私はいろんな環境で働いてみて、人と人とのコミュニケーションにおいて日本でも世界でも最も重要とされていることは共通だと思いました。

それは感謝の気持ちをちゃんと相手にわかるように伝えるということです。

その一言が・気持ちがうまく表せないと、どうしてもコミュニケーションがぎすぎすしてしまいます。
日本のように「言わなくてもこれぐらいわかってくれる」が通じない異国では特にそうです。

現代では顔を見合わせてのコミュニケーションが激減し、メールで済ませることが多くなりました。
メールでは気持ちが非常に伝わりにくいので、こういった感謝の気持ちを表す表現を知っていると
何かと良い関係を維持していくのに非常に役に立ちます。

そっけなく感じるビジネスメールでも上記のような言葉が添えてあると、もらったほうもうれしい、
出した自分もうれしくなってしまうような気持ちになるから不思議です。
