アンダーラインを引いたところ、相手に丁寧に明確な説明を求めたいときにバッチリ使えると思います。
米国に滞在していた時に、よくこのClarificationを求められるのは知っていましたが、自分が使うとして、こんなにも丁寧な表現があるものかと新鮮な驚きでした。
それにしても、日本の組織の複雑さ、あいまいさには日本人の私でさえ混乱してしまいます。
