I guess I am and I can't help being too passionate about my work.
That's why when I encounter people with higher management positions without any "INTEGRITY"for their work, I always send the message below by Peter Drucker to those people without any hesitation; believe me, it has worked more than I expected as it is the truth and the fundamental principle of all types of management.
If they don't seriously listen to the message below and don't do anything to improve the situation, it is the time for us to start finding a new job as we have no time to waste and we know “Trees die from the top”.
Leadership – Peter Drucker
"A man (or woman) might know too little, perform poorly, lack judgment and ability, and yet not do too much damage as a manager.
But if that person lacks character and integrity – no matter how knowledgeable, how brilliant, how successful – he destroys. He destroys people, the most valuable resources of the enterprise. He destroys spirit. And he destroys performance .
This is particularly true of the people at the head of an enterprise. For the spirit of an organization is created from the top. If an organization is great in spirit, it is because the spirit of its top people is great. If it decays, it does so because the top rots.
As the proverb has it, “Trees die from the top”. No one should ever become a strategist unless he or she is willing to have his or her character serve as a model for subordinates"
This movie will make you feel so good, I promise.
You can laugh and also cry many times feeling really good remembering the essence of learning and living; such a movie is so hard to find.
This movie was introduced to me by my daughter last night who is graduating a college next March.
She wants to be a teacher; she has been always questioning our education system and she wants to change it. Therefore, I understand it perfectly why she found this amazing movie out of millions of junk movies out there.
This movie from India was more inspirational and truly eye opening than "Dead Poets Society" (a famous American movie regarding our education system) to me.
Also, this is really a fun movie to relax!
Now I'm interested in Indian culture, too....
Aamir Khan

Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Omi Vaidya, Parikshit Sahni and Boman Irani. 3 Idiots went on to become the highest-grossing Bollywood film.
I recently noticed so many people are feeling the same;"something is missing in my life."
Yes, you and I...it's time to take a break!
How about listening to some soothing music?
Well, in my case, I'm experimenting to learn French right now and that interest took me to a big classical music festival "La Folle Journee" in Tokyo yesterday.
It seems I'm experiencing "French Revolution" getting totally new perspective to enjoy life.
La Folle Journée is a classical music festival that started in 1995 in France, in the northwestern port city of Nantes.
Just as its name implies, La Folle Journée (literally “The Crazy Day”) can be depended on to offer the most exciting performances and programs of the many classical music festivals held in Europe.

"It must be so cold in London. Please relax with a nice cuppa."
と書いてみた。
すると返事に彼女らしからぬ以下のような文章がそっと添えられていたのである。
BTW in your last email you told me to relax with a nice "cuppa" which is very British, how do you know such a word? Have you spent time in the UK?

すぐに返事がきた。
I also got a breast cancer.

Gregg Braden presents a video showing cancer being cured in less than 3 minutes using the language of emotion.
Using the technology of emotion that's inside all of us.
You must feel the feeling as if it has already happened.
As an example he talks about a woman who had a 3" diamater bladder cancer who, by western medical standards, had been diagnosed as inoperable.
She went, as a last resort, to a medicine-less hospital in Beijing, where they began simply by addressing the life-affirming ways that she could change how she was living her life, they taught her life-affirming ways to breathe and life-affirming ways to nourish her body, gentle movements to stimulate the energy centres in her body.
She then underwent a procedure to remove it. Using a split-screen ultrasound monitor, the first showing a freeze-frame of her tumour, and the second showing real-time activity, three practitioners used energy work to facilitate the healing, which showed the tumour disappear within three minutes.
